Most orders are wrapped in branded tissue paper as standard. Keyrings are packed in navy packets with a NightNavy foiled label. If you have any specific requests, please get in touch.
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days but please see the individual item details for more information.
During busy periods such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, please allow up to 7 days for personalised orders to be dispatched.
If express shipping is required, shipping upgrades are available at the checkout.

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class post as standard. Shipping upgrades are available at the checkout.
The delivery aims are:
- 1st Class – 1-2 working days
- 2nd Class – 2-4 working days
- Tracked 24 – 1-2 working days
- Tracked 48 – 2-3 working days
The timescales stated are Royal Mail’s delivery aims, but they are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer due to factors outside of our control.
If a Tracked shipping method is chosen, SMS and/or email updates can be provided by Royal Mail.
UK deliveries will not be considered lost until 10 working days after the expected delivery date, as per Royal Mail guidelines.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties/import taxes that may apply. We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs.
We are currently only offering UK shipping via our website. For EU shipping, please visit our Etsy store at www.nightnavy.etsy.com where shipping to European destinations is available.
Most notebooks can be personalised with 4-5 characters and keyrings with 3-4, please view the individual item description for full details.
If different personalisation is required, get in touch to see if it’s possible. We can generally offer a different font size or different placement.
We have a limited amount of each character and may not be able to print personalisation that contains several duplicates of same character (e.g ‘XXXX’). We will contact you if we’re unable to print your personalisation exactly as requested.
We’re unable to print accented characters, emoji’s and most special symbols – full information is provided on the personalisation box for each item.
Logos/designs can be printed on most of our items subject to MOQ’s, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
It is our company policy not to print any obscene language. Please do not include swear words or obscene language in any personalisation.
If you’re looking for products for an upcoming event/wedding or for your business/shop/workplace, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Logos/designs can usually be printed, subject to MOQ’s.
For products individually personalised with your employee’s, client’s or customer’s initials, please get in touch. Whether it’s 10 notebooks for a workshop, 50 luggage tags for your clients or 250 keyrings for your event, we’ll be happy to help.
