UK SHIPPING
UK mainland orders are subject to a shipping charge, dependent on the weight class and the delivery method you choose.
Standard Delivery is via Royal Mail 48 (the business equivalent of 2nd Class post). Royal Mail aim to deliver 2nd Class mail in 2-3 working days but this is not guaranteed, if your order is urgent we would recommend selecting Tracked 24 post.
We offer the following delivery methods at the checkout:
– Standard Shipping (delivery aim: 2-3 working days)
– 1st Class Post (delivery aim: 1-2 working days)
– Tracked 24 post – (delivery aim: 1 working day)
*All orders over 2kg in weight will be shipped via courier or split across multiple packages (which may arrive at different times), due to Royal Mail weight limits.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct, we are unable to alter the delivery address once an order is on it’s way to you. If an order is returned to us by Royal Mail (due to the address being incorrect, inaccessible, the addressee away or unknown, or because it is not collected from the sorting office) a second shipping charge is payable for the order to be reshipped.
Postal delays can be frustrating but please be patient if your order is a running slightly late. If a parcel hasn’t arrived within the timeframes given, we follow Royal Mail guidelines:
For UK deliveries – Parcels will be considered lost 10 WORKING DAYS after the expected delivery date. At this point, please contact us so that we can help.
Custom orders and personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable. All personalised orders are made specifically for you, to your requirements.
