RETURNS
When you buy goods from a business, you have legal rights as a consumer. Including the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation if the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
If you would like to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will provide a return address for you to send the goods back to. The item/s must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received it in.
Items must be returned within 30 days and in the original condition. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn’t returned in it’s original condition.
Refunds for returned goods will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Personalised Products and Custom Orders
There is no right to cancel the following: bespoke goods that are made to the customer’s specification or are personalised.
Personalised items and Custom-Made items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is faulty, where you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Due to the nature of these items, personalised and custom orders are non-returnable as the item/s are personalised for you, to your requirements.
Gifts
If a gift purchase is eligible for return: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, the recipient, as the recipient, you can request a gift credit for the value of your return, minus the original shipping cost.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to gift to you at a later date, the gift giver will receive the refund to their original payment method. The purchaser will receive notification of the return and refund.
Sale Items
Sale items (items on sale) can be returned providing the item/s are eligible for return.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase and we have not received the returned item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. It is your responsibility to make sure the item is returned securely and within 30 days.
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including personalised products, custom orders, gift cards and downloadable products.
To return your order, please contact us with your order number. We will provide you with a return address, please do not return an order without contacting us.
Once your return is received, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Providing the returned items are received unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging, your refund will be processed.
When a refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment), within 14 days. Your refund will be credited minus the cost of any shipping upgrades/postage upgrades or extra services, such as gift-wrapping.
Shipping
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to return an order. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
When returning an item, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage and/or send the item via a tracked delivery method. We cannot offer refunds, replacements or exchanges until we receive the returned item/s.
When will I receive my refund or replacement?
We process refunds and exchanges within 14 days of receiving a returned item. We are unable to issue a refund, exchange or replacement until we have received the returned goods.
My order is faulty or incorrect
If your order is incorrect or faulty in any way, please contact us within 14 days and include your name and order number. Please descibe the problem with your order, and let us know whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
Please note that as screens vary, your screen may show product colours slightly differently. We cannot guarantee that product colours will be exactly the same as those shown on your screen.
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for personalised orders or custom orders even if the colour is not exactly as expected due to screen variations, therefore please request a sample if the exact colour/product shade is important.
Can I alter my order?
If you need to make any alterations to your order (such as correct the delivery address or change the personalisation), we recommend that you contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. After this time your item/s may have been personalised and/or dispatched and alterations will no longer be possible.

Can I cancel my order?
You have the right to cancel your order up until the point that it has been processed. If a custom or personalised order has been processed, your order cannot be cancelled. We recommend that you contact us within 1 hour of placing the order if you would like to request a cancellation.
